Roy D. Koenig's Obituary
Roy Donald Koenig, age 75, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2019. He was born in Detroit on July 18, 1944 to Roy and Agnes Koenig. Roy is survived by his wife of 20 years, Joann; 2 children, Anna (Donald) Reagen of Norton Shores and Roy (Nicole) Koenig, Jr of North Muskegon; 2 step-children, Jason (Shelby) Rich and Amber Ketchum, both of Palo, MI; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; several sisters and brothers; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Roy was a U.S Marine Corp veteran of the Vietnam War. He had worked at Herman Miller for 39 years and had been a volunteer fireman with the Norton Shores Fire Dept. Roy enjoyed hunting and fishing.
