Roy Lee McGruther's Obituary
Roy Lee McGruther, was born in Muskegon on March 9, 1953 to the late Henry John and Yvonne Willean (Kops) McGruther and passed away on October 20, 2015. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his lifetime companion, Claire Rogers. Roy is survived by his sisters, Emma (Melecio) Nava, Shelia McGruther, Candy (Cordell) Richards, Charlotte McGruther, Alda (Christopher) McGruther, Rebecca Hill; brother, James "Red"? McGruther; numerous nieces and nephews. Roy worked as a small engine repairman for many years in the Muskegon community. According to his wishes cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and a Celebration of Life Gathering from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Bay View Towers Community Room located at 864 Spring Street in Muskegon. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
