Roy E. Mitchell's Obituary
Roy Earl Mitchell, age 78, passed away on Sunday, December 30, 2018. He was born in Denver, Colorado on March 10, 1940. Roy is survived by his 3 sons, Kenneth Mitchell of MI, Sean Mitchell of CA and Les Mitchell of CA ; grandchildren, Nathaniel, Elijah, Levi and Zachary; brother, Ken (Barb) Mitchell, Sr. of Muskegon; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Gloria Tudor and Lynsey Vannook, both of Muskegon. He was preceded in death by his parents, Erwin and Ruby Mitchell. Roy had worked as a Unit Manager for McDonalds Corp. and was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He enjoyed golf, fishing, music and was a member of the Fruitport Eagles.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will take place on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Hagars Hideaway, 3156 Lakeshore Drive in Muskegon.
