Sharon K. Shaw's Obituary
Sharon K. Shaw, age 74, was born on June 28, 1947, and passed away on March 14, 2022. Sharon was born in Muskegon to the late Darma N. and Rosella M. (Jewett) Sanderson. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, James Shaw. Survivors include her daughter, Sarah R. Shaw and many extended family members of her late husband.
Sharon enjoyed spending time with her bonus "granddaughter," Alexandra; granddog, Chloe Joy; many beloved pets; church family, and close neighbors. She was a longtime member of Evanston Avenue Baptist Church, 1188 Evanston Ave., where a Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2022, at 2 p.m. with Pastor Ryan Plantz officiating. Visitation will be held one hour before the service at the church. Sharon will be interred in Fort Custer National Cemetery with her husband James. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the family to help with final expenses.
