Stanley D. Way's Obituary
Stanley D. Way, age 87, passed away on Friday, December 18, 2015. He was born in Muskegon on August 13, 1928 to Harry and Mary Way. Stanley is survived by his son, Alan Way of Muskegon; one grandson, Stanley Jr (Anna Melissa) Way of AL; great-grandson, George Way; brother, Harry Way of Standale, MI; two sisters-in-law, Sandra Evans of Muskegon and Karen Way of Pentwater, MI; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Marilyn Ross of Muskegon. He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna; son, Stephen Way; two brothers, Marv and Ralph Way. Stanley had worked for 44 years at Teledyne Continental Motors and was a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Korean War. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 1215 E. Apple Ave. with Rev. Robert Conradt officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time at the church. Memorial contributions can be made to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church.
