Thomas James Skeels' Obituary
Thomas James Skeels age 81 was born on February 2, 1944, in Muskegon, Michigan and passed away on October 7, 2025. Tom is survived by his wife of nearly 35 years, Shirley; sons, Bobby, Ron, Rick, and Wayne; several grandchildren, and his sister, Mary (Ron) Rop.
Tom is a veteran of the United States Marine Corp serving during the Vietnam War and later enlisted in the United States Navy and proudly served an additional two years. He and Shirley enjoyed raising their family and spending time with their children, and grandchildren.
According to his wishes cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. with a time for reflection at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, October 13, 2025, at Shoreline Memorial Services located at 137 E. Laketon Ave. Muskegon, Michigan.
