Apparently Tim and I were born 4 days apart and both grew up in the White Lake area. I remember him throughout our school years as a kid who always seemed happy and always had a smile on his face. I was not very social; so I did not get to know him well; but I have two pleasant memories of running into him when I was home on visits. The first on was when he sold me his last super big, juicy tomato at a farmers market and the second was at my 50th class reunion when he offered some wise insights into a member of my family which guess I have been caring a grudge about for years. He helped me see her from a different perspective--one that was helpful to young athletes in our community as we were growing up. When I think of him I will always remember a kind, wise person. My deepest condolences to Liz and her family!

To the Family of my brother Tim, I am very saddened to hear of his passing. I worked with Tim at Howmet in the Metallography Lab for over ten years. He was a very crafty and smart guy. He taught me many skills in the lab. I am very blessed to be able to call Tim my brother. Keep the faith Bloomberg Family!
