Toni Kay Uganski, age 75, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2026. She was born in Cadillac, Michigan on January 10, 1951, to Duane and Donna Silvers. Toni is survived by her children, Sonya Prell of Norton Shores, Charlie (Robin) Prell of Fruitport, Suzanne (Nate Wood) Prell of Twin Lake and Nicole Uganski of Grand Rapids; 8 grandchildren, Bailey, Jordan, Vance, Ethan, Gavin, Ava, Scarlett and Teddy; 2 great-grandchildren, Jackson and Amara; 2 sisters, Teri (David) Dalton of Cadillac, MI and Tammi Morris of Grant, MI; 2 brothers, Nick Silvers of Cadillac, MI and Rick Silvers of Texas; niece, Danielle Morris of Grand Rapids and many other nieces and nephews; ex-husband, John Uganski. She was preceded in death by her parents.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Toni Kay Uganski, a beloved mother, sister, daughter, friend, and business owner whose kindness and compassion touched countless lives.
Toni was a loving mother with a heart full of empathy. She was always willing to lend a helping hand to her family, friends, and anyone in need. Her caring nature, quick wit, and wonderful sense of humor brought joy to those around her and left lasting impressions on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Throughout her life, Toni worked at Shepherd Garage Door and was the proud owner of Uganski Roll Off Services. She approached her work with dedication, determination, and pride.
Toni had a special love for animals, especially her cherished cat, Luke, who brought her endless comfort and companionship. She enjoyed life's simple pleasures, including a competitive game of cribbage, a juicy steak, butter pecan ice cream, and a Scribb's Deluxe pizza.
Above all, Toni valued family, friendship, laughter, and kindness. She had a remarkable ability to make people smile and feel welcome, and her warmth touched many hearts throughout her life.
Toni will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Though she is no longer with us, her love, laughter, generosity, and the memories she created will live on forever in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
May she rest in peace and forever in our hearts.
