Tracy Ann Lowing's Obituary
On Thursday, March 4, 2021, Tracy Ann Lowing, daughter and sister, passed away with family by her side at the age of 38. She was preceded in death by her mother. Tracy was born February 27, 1983 to Stephen and Cyndia (Spotts) Lowing in Muskegon, MI. She was raised in the Reeths-Puffer district with her siblings. Tracy loved the beach, her beloved pets, music, friends and family. She was especially close to her nephew. Missing her always will be her father Steve, brother Chad, sister Emily, sister-in-law Chevonne and nephew Lucas Robert. She will also be lovingly remembered by numerous family members and dear friends. No formal service is being held. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
