Wayne J. "Pete" Tollenaar Jr.'s Obituary
Wayne "Pete" Tollenaar Jr. age 56 was born on March 26, 1969, in Muskegon to the Wayne and Dorene (Beebe) Tollenaar and passed away on August 30, 2025. He was preceded in death by his father Wayne Tollenaar Sr. and a son, Peter Tollenaar. Survivors include his mother, Dorene LeBaron; life companion, Teresa Pulsifer; children, Tiffany Tollenaar, Wayne Tollenaar III, Kailee Fitzgerald, Samantha Fitzgerald; grandchildren, Corbin, Wayne IV, Eelayna, Peter, Bentley, and Zoey; four siblings, Lisa (Robert) Slagle, Karla Derwin, Orrin (Lois Pulsifer) Harrington, David (Stephanie Thompson) Harrington.
Pete was a member of the Fruitport Eagles and was employed by Seaway Appliance. A Memorial Service for Pete will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at Crestwood United Methodist Church, located at 1220 Creston Street, Muskegon, Michigan 49442. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the family in care of Teresa Pulsifer.
