William E. Franks, Sr.'s Obituary
William E. Franks Sr. of Grand Haven was born on December 19, 1927 in Grand Haven, Michigan to the late Ernest and Jennifer Franks and passed away on April 21, 2018. William was preceded in death by his wife of nearly 50 years, Shirley Ann Franks; along with a brother and two sisters. He is survived by his son; William Franks Jr. William was the owner of Flowers by Franks and greenhouses in the Grand Haven area. He was a longtime member of Lakeshore Baptist Church and the Muskegon Area Amateur Radio Club. According to his wishes burial has taken place next to his wife Shirley Ann Franks in Lake Forest Cemetery in Grand Haven. Memorial contributions may be directed to Lakeshore Baptist Church or Great Lakes Hospice.
