William J. Manspeaker's Obituary
William J. Manspeaker age 89 was born in Pitcairn, Pennsylvania on September 12, 1930 to the late Orville T. and Kathryn A. (McElroy) Manspeaker and passed away at home on November 21, 2019. Along with his parents, William was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Lee Martin Manspeaker; two sons, Scott and Jeff Manspeaker. He is survived by his daughter, Julie and her husband Tom Essenberg; grandchildren, Brian Essenberg, Chris (Brigid) Essenberg, Amanada Essenberg, Jessica Essenberg Jerrame (Amanda) Gillihan, Janelle Essenberg; great-grandchildren, Ambree Ready, DAnah Knox, Rowan Essenberg, Cody, Kayla, Rana, and Novalee Bush, McKenzie, Jody, Alexis, Connor and Liam Gillihan. According to his wishes cremation has taken place. William was a member of the White Lake United Methodist Church, 8555 Cook St. in Montague, MI where a Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 11:00 AM.
Pastor Mike Riegler and Jim Tanis officiating. A luncheon will be held immediately following the service at the church. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to Sanctuary at the Oaks (Thursday evening cocktail fund).
