Bill was raised with three brothers, Patrick (Al), Daniel (Patty), and Frank Paddock. He married Pamela (Wildey) Paddock on June 30, 1973 in Grand Haven, and she survives, along with four sons, Scott, Todd, Marc and Jared (Julie Collins) Paddock; five grandchildren, Robert and Noah Paddock, Aaliyah Collins, Brooklyn and Nevaeh Paddock; a great-granddaughter, Ryleigh. According to his wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
