William P. Roest's Obituary
William Paulluther Roest age 25 was born on December 26, 1989 in Muskegon to Gene Roest and Phyllis (Coley) Roest and passed away on September 9, 2015. William is survived by his parents; three siblings Antoinette Roest of Louisville, KY, Jeanie (Erich) Tanis of Grand Rapids, and Jay Roest of Muskegon; paternal grandparents, George and Martha Roest; maternal grandparents, Bob Coley and Dorothy Teachout; niece and nephew, Olivia and Chase Roest along with his canine companion, Scooter. William is a veteran of the United States Army serving as a Specialist and fulfilled an extended tour in Iraq. He received his Associates from Ivy Tech Community College in the Spring of 2015. He was an avid sports car fan and a lover of University of Michigan Football. According to his wishes Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Service will be held at Shoreline Memorial Chapel this Saturday, September 12, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to West Michigan Veterans Inc.
