Freda and I became good friends after I moved back to the White Lake area in 1990. We met as we were both members of St. James Catholic Church in Montague. We enjoyed many lunch outings together.
Also, I remember many Sunday drives which were usually to Ludington where she would show me many places of memories from her childhood. She was an excellent cook and had me over many times to enjoy that talent of hers. Rest in Peace, Freda.
We will remember Freda as always smiling, a sweet and loving lady.
She enjoyed her grandchildren and they adored her. Maria you have taken such good care of your Mom.
