As a Shift Supervisor @ MDOC, my first most memorable observations of Ofc. Paschal was his ability assess work assignment area, One would imagine, Paschal could easily have been a Physical Plant Interior Designer as his ASTUTENESS was advantageous to anyone working with Ofc. Paschal. He would literally point out any appearance of a deficiency in the set up or potential breeches of security..

Paschal was so serious that his STERN (facade) certainly took getting use to!!! However, it was a welcoming asset for environment. His expression said it all..."Not the one to be played with....but the inmates in his care knew to give him his respect!!!!
