James Edward Paschal's Obituary
James E. Paschal "Jim" age 79 was born on December 17, 1944, in Muskegon, Michigan to the late William and Margaret (Butler) Paschal and passed away on September 8, 2024.
James was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 52 years, Sarah A. Paschal in 2016, as well as his son Todd in 2022. He is survived by his children, Keir, Angela, Kimberly, Nicholas, Courtney, Dominique, Jaden, Alexis and Analiese; numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
James was a veteran of the Vietnam War and retired from the United States Air Force. James later retired from the State of Michigan Department of Corrections. James enjoyed spending his weeknights bowling in a league. James loved all sports, especially football and basketball where he served as a referee for many years. James enjoyed the simple things in life like sitting outside in the sun and spending time with his many grand and great grandchildren.
According to his wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Thursday, September 19th, with Military Honors, starting at 1:00 p.m. at Shoreline Memorial Services, Muskegon Chapel, 137 E.
