I love my friend, Judi. She was always so calm and kind and I knew her genuine smile or if she was faking one to keep from saying the wrong thing because she was always so kind. Sadly I never learned this.. We should have a 'powwow' in the office - talking about this & that...if something was going sideways - she would put her arms down, palms out, & shimmy her shoulders, and say "ohhhh well." Then we'd snicker..
