Judith Ann Wilde's Obituary
Judi (VanDyke) Wilde, age 78, of Muskegon, MI, passed away on January 2, 2026. She was born on August 22 1947, in Norton Shores, MI.
Judi lived a life rooted in love, kindness, and devotion to family.
Judi, known as Jude, by her closest friends and family, was a loving mother, grandmother and friend who gave selflessly to those around her. Whether through her warmth, her steady presence, or her generous heart, she touched countless lives.
She is survived by her children, Scott Chaney (WI), Christopher Chaney (WI), and Stacey (Robert) Huth; grandchildren, Michael (Courtney) Chaney (WI), Jason Chaney (WI), Mikaila (Logan) Young, and Sidney Chaney (IL); and brother, Thomas (Terry) VanDyke. She was preceded in death by her mother, Beverly (Norton) VanDyke, father, Donald VanDyke and brother, Steven VanDyke.
Judi was a proud member of the first graduating class of Mona Shores High School in 1965. While she worked various jobs over the years, she most enjoyed working for RCI - Resort Condominiums International and Ticketmaster. Judi loved music, attending concerts, plays and musicals, traveling, interior design, collecting Santa Clauses, all things vanilla, watching her favorite movie, Somewhere In Time, and reminiscing about her past experiences.
She cherished the simple moments that made a full life, especially time spent with her family and friends.
Judi's children and grandchildren were the light of her life.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered every day.
A celebration of life will be held in Spring.
