Nancy Lee Bon's Obituary
Nancy Lee Bon, age 85, was born on October 26, 1939, in Muskegon, Michigan to the late Robert L. and Rose (Fontana) Burns and passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2025. Along with her parents Nancy was preceded in death by a son Lee Alan Bon and two sisters in infancy, Sharon and Vicky.
Nancy is survived by her husband of nearly 70 years, Morris "Mike" Bon; children, Vicki (Randy) Kinsey; Colleen Tague, Larry Bon and Michelle Bon; ten grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Robert (Rose) Burns II, Charles (Sue) Burns, Debra (Frank) Anderson, Michael (Kristi) Burns, and Rebecca (William) Crawford; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Nancy retired from DeBoer Nursing Home after nearly 20 years of service. She and Mike are long-time active members of Connection Point Church, 2270 S. Mill Iron Road where a funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. Pastor Aaron Gregory officiating. Visitation will be held, also at the church, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in Egelston Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to Connection Point Church, envelopes will be available at the service.
