I had the privilege to work with Rick at Pliant Plastics. He was a heck of a leader, teacher, mentor, and his "give a damn" was off the charts. He offered his wisdom to more that a few. Counseled many of his coworkers when they needed him. Truly an inspiration. I'm grateful for for our friendship, and Rick, I will miss you dearly. We lost one hell of a man.
He was a good man and a great friend, I will miss him always.
