I have sat and thought about what to say about my father for a couple years now. Looking back he was and still is a great person. I'm sure though the years we were trying to figure each other out. I was a handful and he was always a straight forward answer type of man and told you how it was with out the sugar and I can respect a person that is willing to share lesson and the things they learned though this journey of life. We had a lot of laughs and a few tears throughout are time together but I can say no matter what happened in his life he handled like a champ and when he had it rough he always got back on the saddle and was willing to play another hand. I always said I didn't think I would be like he was but as time goes by and situation happen I realize I handle them a lot like he did. I learned a lot from him and wish we would have had more time to swap stories and learn more about why he was the way he was. As I get older I realize how time flys and you don't get it back but to use what you learned from a person is always with you. I'm proud of you and hope you know ,that's whyI I'm a lot like you. I love you dad and we will have or time together one day. Till then take care and keep on sharing those story's and laughs.
I have known Bob for 22 plus years. When I married into your family you welcomed me. You have always been old school tuff and you put up a heck of a fight. One that you won in my book. I enjoyed the many fishing and boat outings and The bbqs will never be the same.

Bob its been a long time but Kathie and I would to say good bye. Still remember you living by Mom and all our visits and bringing you big jars if pickled bologna. Man you loved that stuff! One of my all time favorite is you and I and Artie at your Moms out in the yard. Rest in peace Bob. Youve earned it.

In the few years that we knew Bob Chuck and I grew to love him like family. He was a wonderful man. I loved his smile and his beautiful blue eyes that always had a sparkle in them. He will be greatly missed. We enjoyed the time that we had with him when he lived here at our home when all of you moved back to Michigan. Fly with the angels Mr Bob dot-dot..
Every day you have been gone has been a different one. I spent every day with you. Laughing and watching tv. and o gosh the news really worked you up.lol and our moments of reading the Bible and you explaining your views down to playing cards or just sitting there quietly.And bbqs will never be the same. I miss you and I know that will never stop. Hug mom for me and enjoy the view and hope you get many bites on that fishing line. Enjoy those sunsets.
