I met Red in the spring of 1972 when I bought the same exact motorcycle he had. The water cooled Suzuki 750 . I was riding a 500 , but when I saw his bike I went to Gundy hardware to get mine. Late that summer we went together to ride the tunnel of trees ( highway 119 ) north of Petoskey. He serviced all my bikes when needed. A great friend. - Gary W.

During my high school years I lived two houses over from the Sloan family on Interwood St. Mr Sloan scared me at first but he really was a nice guy. My condolences to Mrs Sloan, Al, Debbie, Chris, Cathy and the rest of the extended family. Thanks for the memories.
