Shirley Mae Scott-McClain's Obituary
Shirley M. Scott-McClain passed on to her eternal home on Saturday, February 10, 2018. She was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan to the late Cleo Hatfield and Dorothy (Hatfield) Bloomberg. Prior to her move to Muskegon she resided in the Greenville and Newaygo areas. She retired from General Motors and served several years as production manager at television station, WTLJ in Allendale, Michigan. Her hobbies included fishing, motorsports, bowling, and decorating for special occasions. She also faithfully served the Body of Christ as an evangelist, her passion for helping hurting people was her trademark. Shirley's' family included her husband, LeRoy McClain; her sons, William Dixon III (deceased) and his wife Marilyn, of Sheridan, Michigan, Lawrence (Kelly) Heether, of White Cloud, Robert (Maria) Smith of Gig Harbor, Washington sister Carol Rogers, of Cedar Springs, Michigan; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
